I have installed the AACC 6.4 Web Communications SDK (PHP) on a W2K8R2 server that has XAMPP 1.8.3-4 installed. I'm unable to Tick the checkbox next to Mercury to install Mercury as a service as the check box is not active.

My internet searches indicates that this has been disabled, reference the following link.
https://community.apachefriends.org/f/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=52626&p=202018&hilit=Mercury+as+a+service#p202018

Are the instructions provided in the SDK documentation correct?
My assumption is that Mercury as a Windows service is not necessary for SDK functionality, any comments?
Is this resolved with the 7.0 PHP SDK?

The 7.0 PHP SDK requires XAMPP for Windows Version 5.6.14-4 and the SDK's XAMPP installation instructions are the same.
