Hi Team,

We are using the CMS R18.
On this CMS, ABNCALLS is indicating with "0" value on skill report even if there is no logged in users.
Is this correct behavior on CMS R18?

On our R17 CMS case, it is NOT indicated on skill report.

If it is correct report on R18, please advice me which documents we need to check on this.
