Hi,

I am making an IVR application using OD 7. When the call is transferred to this ivr, i am trying to capture the call parameter like (ANI, DNIS, UCID, CALLED_EXTENSION, etc) which are very important for the ivr.

But at the start of the application i cannot capture these parameters as they are never reaching the application except for the dnis.

My avaya infra is on SIP platform and trying to capture these parameters using the below expressions

session.avaya.telephone.ani
session.avaya.telephone.callid
session.avaya.telephone.dnis
session.avaya.telephone.called_extension
session.avaya.ucid
session.avaya.telephone.uui


Also for UCID i enabled the green feature SA8702 CDR Enhancement for Network as suggested by one of the forum links, but after enabling this too i am not getting the ucid in my ivr application in experience portal 7.

Please can i get some help to send these parameters to my IVR application
