I could not find an ACR related forum here on DevConnect, so taking a change posting it here.

Using the Search and Replay API, I am able to successfully play a call recording, but are not able to replay screen recordings using this API. Does the Search and Replay API cater for screen recordings?

If not, is it possible to hotlink to a recording on the Search and Replay screen on ACR. In other words, in a CRM, to listen to a recording associated with the CRM entry, provide a hyperlink that will open up the web interface of ACR with the search already applied so that the user can just start playing the recording?
