The latest JTAPI/TSAPI sdk and also the TSAPI client (7.x) is compatible with Legacy AES(4.x,5.x). If not which version i can use for AES 5.x and 4.x. This is to do simple Monitoring of Extension.

Avaya generally ensure that their SDKs are compatible with the same release of AE Services and one major release older. Therefore:
o SDK & Client 7.x is compatible with AE Services 6.x and later.
o SDK & Client 6.x is compatible with AE Services 5.x and later.
o SDK & Client 5.x is compatible with AE Services 4.x and later.

Although perhaps not officially supported, I would not expect you to have problems using 7.x versions of the SDKs with older versions of AE Services.

Of course, you will not be able to use any features that are included in the SDK but not the AE Services.
