we need to set 2 digit custom reason codes in aux states (Not Ready) to ultimately feed into Blue Pumpkin WFM (fed by Genesys events ). 2 digit codes are supported by Genesys, however when we submit the Agent Not Ready request to Genesys we get an Error (CSTA Error -1199 error code)
