The Windows-based DMCC Popup sample application demonstrates various capabilities of the Device, Media, and Call Control (DMCC) .NET API, including device registration, event monitoring and call control.
When a call is made to an extension that is being monitored by the application, it displays a pop-up window showing the calling party's details and provides controls to answer the call. During the call, the pop-up provides controls to put the caller on hold or into a conference, and to disconnect or transfer the call. If the call is not answered, the pop-up indicates a missed call and provides controls to return or dismiss the call. The application also maintains a history of calls made to monitored extensions.
