The development tools and configurations on this page are available to help developers create, test and validate their own applications created with the Avaya BotConnector (formerly Chatbot) Snap-in.

Software Development Kits

The Avaya BotConnector SDK includes the following resources designed to help developers create customer-side, automated chat clients:

  • IM reference client built using the Java SDK API.
  • Web-based reference client built using the JavaScript SDK API.
  • Java SDK, including API javadoc and libraries.
  • JavaScript SDK, including API reference documentation, scripts and libraries.

The SDK is available for download under Releases -> Downloads for the latest release of the BotConnector Snap-in.
