Avaya Real-time Speech Snap-in Release 3.0 was made generally available in August 2014. Service Pack 3 (Release 3.0.3) was issued in February 2015. This is NOT the latest release of this Avaya Breeze snap-in and is out of support.

End of Sale & Support Notice

Effective July 31st, 2018, Avaya Real Time Speech 3.1 Snap-in – including all earlier releases - are End of Sale and End of Support. This snap-in has reached End of Services Support on October 30, 2018.

New In This Release

This is the first release of the Avaya Real-time Speech Snap-in. Key features for developers include:

  • Real-time Speech REST API: used to create and manage speech search queries, to start and stop speech searches, and to subscribe to receive notification of call and speech search events.
  • Real-time Speech SDK: contains sample applications and developer documentation designed to help developers create effective speech searches and use the REST API. The SDK was reissued with Real-time Speech Release 3.0.3 to include an updated sample application.

Compatibility and Interoperability

The following Avaya product releases are required to use the Avaya Real-time Speech Snap-in Releae 3.0.3:

  • Avaya Engagement Development Platform Release 3.0.3.
  • Avaya Media Server Release 7.6.
  • Avaya Aura Session Manager 6.3.
