96x0 Series H.323 Software Release 3.2

Release 3.2 was made generally available in January 2013. Avaya IP Deskphone PushSDK Release 2.2 should be used with this release. This is the latest release of H.323 software for installation on Avaya 9620C, 9620L, 9630G, 9640, 9640G, 9650, 9650C, and 9670G IP deskphones and is recommended for new development.

Features in the new release

H.323 Release 3.2.7 can be installed on 9620C, 9620L, 9630G, 9640, 9640G, 9650, 9650C and 9670G IP deskphones.

H.323 Release 3.2 includes the following new features:

Mute speakerphone with shared control
Support for selected configuration parameters via DHCP Option 43
Maximum VPN log in password length increased to 50 characters
Station unlock instructions are displayed when a user attempts to use a locked station
Log out soft key is available when a deskphone is in an idle state
Call Log can now display only names, only numbers, or both
Maximum Call Log name length increased to 27 characters
Support for certificate based client authentication when using HTTPS

Note: The H.323 Release 3.2 Push API does not support the Phonexml push type.
