Communication Server 1000

Overview

Communication Server 1000 (CS 1000) is a server-based, fully-featured IP PBX. It provides the benefits of a converged network, advanced applications, and over 750 call processing and telephony features. CS 1000 is distributed over an IP LAN and WAN infrastructure, with built-in reliability and survivability. CS 1000 supports business-critical applications, including unified messaging, customer contact center, IVR, wireless VoIP and IP telephones.

  • CS 1000 provides a rich set of interfaces that enable third party applications to access its call data and communications capabilities
  • In addition, CS 1000 communications capabilities can be accessed via the Avaya Agile Communication Environment Web services.
