The IP Office Configuration Web Service enables System Integrators and Independent Software Vendors to incorporate robust configuration changes in their solutions via a web service interface, expressing configuration changes via an XML document. The web service enables changes to be made to the following IP Office entities:

• User
• Group

Subsets of the available fields are supported for each entity that fulfil the majority of use-cases.

The IP Office Configuration Web Service SDK includes programmer documentation, a sample client test harness, sample host application and DLLs. The SDK is available for download under Releases -> Downloads -> Configuration Service for the release of IP Office you are using.

The API is only supported with IP Office systems operating in IP Office Essential Edition, IP Office Preferred Edition, IP Office Advanced Edition or IP Office Server Edition mode and running IP Office Release 4.2 or higher.
