Release 5.1.2

The Proactive Contact 5.1.2 was made generally available in May 2016. This is NOT the latest release of Proactive Contact. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced:
  • End of sale: December 31, 2019
  • End of support: November 30, 2020
Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates can be found here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest release of Avaya Proactive Contact.

New in Release 5.1.2

Agent API

Event SDK

The Event SDK issued with Proactive Contact Release 5.1.2 includes the following new features:

  • Support for TLS version 1 and High Ciphers

Other New Features

Proactive Contact Release 5.1.2 also includes the following enhancements:

  • New Manual Dialing mode available for Preview jobs.
  • Support for Avayatized Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.11, Common Server 3, external syslog server for logging.
  • Music on Hold.
  • Ability to configure shadow jobs in the Preview mode.
  • Support for virtualized servers as a deployment platform.
