The Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager Pluggable Data Connector (POM PDC) is an Avaya Orchestration Designer plug-in that enables Orchestration Designer to interface and integrate with Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager, using the core functionality of the Pluggable Data Connector framework. POM PDC seamlessly connects with Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager for various type of data exchange, and establishes a connection between a client VoiceXML application and the Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager server for information access and update. The POM PDC extends the functionality of the Data node palette of the Graphical Call flow editor in Orchestration Designer, providing nodes to execute custom actions including:

• Update custom completion codes used to terminate and track the execution of campaigns
• Add and update contacts
• Add contacts to running jobs and campaigns
• Get contact information
• Update contact attributes
• Get contact attributes
• Add contacts to a Do Not Contact (DNC) list
• Remove contacts from a DNC list
