Hello,

does anybody a solution to copy the UCID into the UUI field.
I want to use the UUI field to transfer data with OneXAgent or AAAD to other applications.

I have only the following components to do this.
ACM 6
AES
AACC
Genesys T Server

The AE Services APIs (DMCC, TSAPI & JTAPI) can only alter the UUI by making one of the following calls:

ClearConnection
ConsultationCall
MakeCall
MakePredictiveCall
ReconnectCall (after HoldCall)
RouteSelect

Therefore, once a call has begun there is very little opportunity to alter the UUI. You could, perhaps, put the call on Hold and immediately Reconnect it but that will cause a short pause in the audio.
