On AES 6.2 DMCC Enhancements:
The following agent status events are available to DMCC client applications via Logical Device Feature Services:
    Agent Ready
    Agent Not Ready
    Agent Working After Call

But the SDK says Not Supported.
In fact, I tested the features with Dashboard 6.3 with AES 6.3, it doesn't work. Am I wrong or misunderstand ?

Where specifically do you see that statement about supporting those events? What document? What URL? I am pretty sure they should are not exposed to third parties.
