This form is for web services associated with the Application Enablement Services product's Telephony and System Management web services. You appear to be asking about the type of content that can be pushed to an IP phone (which I am not particularly knowledable about, but am fairly certain there is insufficient memory available in the phone to store an oracle data base). All the phone can do is render wml pages that are pushed to it from a server.
