Hello,

Using the AES-CM Simultor (CD: R3.01.0005, June 3, 2007) we are encountering some problems with synchronizing CT Users between the AES User Services and the TSAPI Security Database.

Sometimes we add a CT user to AES User Services and the user does not appear in the AES TSAPI SDB CT Users List.

Sometimes we can successfully add a CT User that is seen in the TSAPI SDB, but when we delete the user from AES User Services, the user is still visible in the TSAPI SDB.

Any ideas as to what the cause of the problems can be?

Lastly, could you tell me what value-restrictions there are for the UserID in the AES User Service? For example, what are the valid characters, max length, etc. We are entering some values like "jsmith@abc.def.com" and wandering if this could be the cause of the problems.
