Hi, Does the APIs allow us to make outbound calls outside PBX and if yes how??

Yes it is possible.

If you are using First Party Control, just Press Buttons to dial the number.

If you are using Third Party Control, use the dial digits instead of a station number in getDeviceID() or GetThirdPartyDeviceID(). Use the same Switch Name as though it were a local station. Then makecall() to this ID.

Will that require any special licence or Basic TSAPI licence will do?

For First Party control, you will need a DMCC license

For Thirs Party control, you will need a TSAPI basic license.

There are several FAQs in the DMCC section of the Product FAQs that cover licensing.
