Hello,

We are using JTAPI to connect with AES server.
We wrote small client which is used for VDN observation and it worked nice before two days.
Now we started got the message "Security DataBase is turned off, No List will be returned but any administered ACD addresses can be accessed."

Nothing was changed in AES. The user within we are trying establish connection seems exactly before the problem.
We tried use user "agent" but got same error.

Unfortunately, JTAPI is not currently supported on the AES forums. Please use the "Request Technical Support" link instead.
