Hi,

I have two AES servers. Using the SMS SDK, I am trying to connect to a CM. For some reason, I just couldn't connect through one AES Server, I get a "Connection Failed:" error. But I was able to connect through the other AES I have. Now, even this AES server reports the same error.

I have absolutely no clue why one AES server was working previously and now suddenly it started throwing "Connection Failed" error. I made sure I have entered the login credentials correctly. What could be the problem? I can provide more details if needed.

Hi Srikanth,

Since SMS supports different protocols with different versions of AES I can better assist you if you provide me with the version of AES and CM that you are using. You can obtain this information by logging on to AES/CM and issuing the "swversion" command.
