Hi,
Cient has AES 3.1 & developing JTAPI apps to get ANI & DNIS. What resources needs to be enabled on AES (other than TSAPI).

Call flow
PSTN trunk --> VDN --> Hunt group --> Extesnions.

Hi Prashant,

A switch connection and TSAPI CTI link should be sufficient. The AES administrator's guide should tell you everything you need to know about how to set up these links.
