Hello,

I use JTAPI for getting some properties of VDN.
Could I get waiting, abandoned and distributed calls of the specified VDN.
If yes, how can I do it.

I'm sorry, but JTAPI is not currently supported on our forums. I can tell you that it is possible to use an observer to monitor all calls coming into a VDN, and to therefore compile the statistics you mention. Please use the "Request Technical Support" link for further details.
