Hi All,

We have recently connected up AES to control an IP agent state. We have not got any issues with the application, AES or IP Agent with the exception of 1 little "issue".

When the agent logs in, they need to manually answer the first call they get. Everytime after that, there are no problems with the IP Agent auto answering.

Can anyone point me in a right direction to start looking at this issue?
