I have an issue with a Dialog Designer application running on IR1.3 that is getting call related information using CTI connectivity from AES box through a TSAPI link created to the box. The CTI connection does not return values for alternate calls made to IR. The Dialog Designer group looked at all the relevant log files and have determined that the error is caused by AES which returns the following error

I could send some more log files for further information if you could let me know where the tsapi logs collected on the IR's webserver can be sent.

Hi Ganesh, unfortunately we're not currently handling TSAPI issues through the forums. I'd recommend that you use the "Request Tech Support" link on the left hand side of the portal for this issue.
