Hi,

As per CCE 3.0 documents, I can install AES client software to connect to Avaya CT 1.3 server... I did so but now I don't have like the administration tool I used to use with Avaya CT client to register extensions, vdns, etc. so what is the alternative way to do this as TSAPI Test Application always fails with the error: "No device recors found"

AES Client software doesn't connect to CT server automatically. AES Client software is TSAPI API library dll/.so files. TSAPI Test program is a TSAPI application using the TSAPI API library.
TSAPI Test program reads the ARE/CT server configured in TSAPI.ini file .

This application expects the user you are entering is a CT user with unrestricted access (or user as permissions to access atleast the calling stations). Login to CT Administration page and make sure the user got CT user previlages with unrestricted access.
