Hi,

We need to access the DNIS in JTAPI application that is captured initially as part of the call at IVR port.I know we can get the ANI of the call but I wanted to check whether we can get DNIS also?

Most JTAPI events (eg. Delivered, established) contain a calledAddress. If you get one of these events when thh call initially reaches your switch, this will contain the DNIS. If the call is transferred, routed, forwarded etc., the calledNumber may change.

If calls reach your system via a VDN then you should monitor the VDN. The Delivered event for this monitor should contain the DNIS.
