Since I am unable to find my old thread, hence writing it again here. We are facing an issue when using JTAPI to place outbound call via
our SIP Manager. I verified TSAPI logs and confirmed with JTAPI events. I am getting an extra "CALLCTL_CONNECTION_ESTABLISHED" as soon as we make a call via JTAPI while TSAPI is not logging this event on the ACM yet.

This event is causing issues to verify if the call is actually connected specially in the cases where called phone is on auto-answer and I don't receive any "CALLCTL_CONNECTION_NETWORK_ALERTING" or "CALLCTL_CONNECTION_NETWORK_REACHED" event.

I think the best idea is for you to open a Technical Support ticket for this. Please include a full description of your problem. Include any traces that you have collected.
