Yes, this would help you play digits to the caller without the use of TTS. There's no need for any sort of localization pack either. AAMS can simply generate the tones, which of course are uniform through the world.

It sure sounds like this would make your life easier. Please note, however, that this wasn't added until the 3.4.0.1 release of Engagement Designer.

Hi Joel,

I was wondering if you can guide me with some document that differentiates the changes or additional items added between 3.3 and 3.4 or the latest. So it will be easy to convince the customer for an upgrade to the latest version.

The Breeze Overview document details this information for the platform. You could browse the Engagement Designer documentation to see if the same is true there. Or you could post in the Engagement Designer forum with a request for that information.
