Hi Simon,

I thought I'd quickly update you to let you know that we've tested this within our lab environment (AACC 6.3 SP10), and it now works!! :~)

It works in exactly the same way as for voice calls using the "ProviderContactID" field from the Intrinsics to identify the existing contact and append the new intrinsic (and executed within the EM_Email_Primary application).
