Can you email me the word in Thai that you are trying to send (neilg@avaya.com)? It looks suspect when converted to UTF-8 format. The forum doesn't properly display it, but email should be able to.

Can you run a quick test and not pass in that Thai name? Just send in "test" or something as the customer name and see if it still dies.
