We are using Avaya Aura 6.0, AES & Avaya OneX Agent Softphone. We want to transfer Inbound calls information like CLI,DNIS, Other important information Customer name,account number ect to the other IVR application by OneX agent by using one Transfer VDN. Inshort all the inbound call information need to pass to other IVR application by Agent during his call transfer ?
Please help to get solution if any one has done this earlier.

Look into the use of User to User Information (UUI). This allows you to attach information to a call and have it get passed along.
