Hi,

Today we had just logged onto our production system which had hosted our tomcat 6.
All of a sudden i got call saying calls are not landing on IVR.They complained they are hearing message "Sorry I just can'r hear you".
Tomcat service was up,we had application WAR file.Not sure how it went down.

Then as a first step i just restarted tomcat service.In the process of stopping it got hung.Then we manually killed process and restarted service.
Then everything was okay.

Not sure waht had happened?Any thoughts on this.

I am not sure how this is related to the Application Enablement Services. Can you please explain?
