Hi all,

I find that the duration from my JTAPI client application to AES server is quite long and would like to enable the JTAPI log for investigation. May I know that how I can enable the log and where is the log path?

Please access the JTAPI Programmers Guide (here is the one for release 6.3 http://www.devconnectprogram.com/fileMedia/download/8d51b7e8-8ffc-4a2d-bf98-537263d958d6 )

Then search for "log4j configuration"

For older releases please access the appropriate JTAPI Programmers guide and search it for "logging"
Select the appropriate release from the right column
