Hi,

Previously I had been using the SMGR web interface but when I tried today (over VPN, as usual) I can't access it. I can ping the address 10.10.0.196 but can't access https://10.10.0.196/SMGR/ (I don't have a proxy configured on my machine).

Any ideas?

From the portal home page, click DevConnect Support and then DevConnect Remote Lab Support and enter a ticket documenting the problem. It will get routed to the team that supports the Remote Labs.
