Hello,

I have a simple campaign we are making. It is an infinite campaign, and contacts are added to the campaign via web services. All we want is for those contacts to be called, and this one pre-recorded voice message to play for each person. I managed to get it to call as we add contacts, but it just says "The system is experiencing technical difficulties". I see in the Strategy where we can select the voice message we want to play, but there is no option to upload a file.

I searched and found this thread: http://www.devconnectprogram.com/forums/posts/list/484.page, however, being new to Avaya, I have no idea where the "Applications Page" is, or EPM?
