We faced below problem.
Some agents can't hang up the call in managed job via API command.
(We use Avaya Proactive Contact Agent API (version 5.1).)

I have some questions below.
1.?Why from ReleaseLine API call to server it takes about 30 seconds?
Before receiving the response of Hang-up-Call, it has run ReleaseLine in the app, is this related to the delay?
2.?It took approximately 30 seconds API call reached the server, does it need wait 30?
seconds for command issuing in the Moagent?
3. Hang-up-Call was successful but why the disconnection wasn’t done?
4. From the APC log if we can confirm the disconnection?
