I understand that Avaya no longer supply call classifier cards? If this is true how does this affect predictive dialling? I thought that they were necessary to classify call outcomes?

I was informed by one our of pre sales colleagues that call classifier cards are no longer available for predictive dialling. Is this correct?

Do you have a model number for the card? I could check if there is an End of Sales Notice for it on support.avaya.com.
