I have the problem that when campaign start and 5 lead recorded be distribute to each active agent.
So I would like to know How to remove and terminate lead in queue for each agent that distribute by Campaign.
By Workflow in AACC.

Note: I can use command "remove" to stop queue to agent, but I could not terminate these lead back to Campaign.
AACC 6.3 SP10

Please give us any update information on this case.
