If the question being asked is in the title of this post, then you will need to provide more information. What error messages are you seeing, exactly? Do they show up in the log or do they pop-up? What do you mean by "input/output"? Please provide some console/log output showing the type of issues you are seeing. There might be additional info in the Eclipse workspace log file, located at:
