What is the process to get an application certified by DevConnect, in order to get support from DevConnect with that app ?

Try opening a membership and support ticket here

http://www.devconnectprogram.com/ticket/generalTicket

A BDM should be in contact to discuss what you need.

Supriya - DevConnect provides formal compliance testing programs for our Technology Partners. You can learn more about the benefits of a Technology Partner membership through the Program Overview information (http://www.devconnectprogram.com/site/global/program_benefits/membership_overview/index.gsp, accessible via either the Program & Benefits tab in the top Mega-Menu, or via the Program Benefits tab in the middle of the main DevConnect page).

To be clear, if you are seeking support from DevConnect on the use of Avaya API's in order to develop your own application, you can purchase DevConnect Technical Support in 10-hour blocks of time as a "Support-enabled Registered Member".

If you are seeking, however, to have your application recognized by Avaya as interoperable, Compliance Testing and a Technology Partner membership would be the proper path. DevConnect does not "support 3rd party applications" directly; our Application Notes that are created from the compliance testing process are configuration guidelines to be used by customers, channel partners and Avaya Client Services personnel to troubleshoot interoperability issues.

Thanks for the reply. Also, where can I get the pricing information for different devconnect support options ? For example, how much would it cost to get support for a 10 hr block ?

Pricing and other information can be found either under the PROGRAM BENEFITS tab in the middle of the home page at www.avaya.com/DevConnect, or under the ABOUT THE PROGRAM links under the Program & Benefits mega menu tab at the top of all portal pages.
