To be clear, if you are seeking support from DevConnect on the use of Avaya API's in order to develop your own application, you can purchase DevConnect Technical Support in 10-hour blocks of time as a "Support-enabled Registered Member".

If you are seeking, however, to have your application recognized by Avaya as interoperable, Compliance Testing and a Technology Partner membership would be the proper path. DevConnect does not "support 3rd party applications" directly; our Application Notes that are created from the compliance testing process are configuration guidelines to be used by customers, channel partners and Avaya Client Services personnel to troubleshoot interoperability issues.

Thanks for the reply. Also, where can I get the pricing information for different devconnect support options ? For example, how much would it cost to get support for a 10 hr block ?
