Does somebody know how to activate subj? No ideas about this.
It is Agent state for 3th party TSAPI. It needs for AIC or CCE or EMC.

But under ASAI PROPRIETARY FEATURES should be "Agent State? y"
Could you help if somebody is familiar with this. I'll very appreciate.

Agent State change events (apart from Login & Logout) are not sent to third party applications. They are only sent to Avaya products (eg. AIC, EMC).

If your application needs to know the current state of an agent, it must perform a GetAgentState() at regular
intervals.

Which function in Communication manager opens "Agent State y" on 9th page of system-parameters customer-options?

It looks like the parameter that the documentation calls "Agent State" is actually called "Proprietary" on the SAT screen.
