Subject: POM Contact list is not running on its own

We have created a contact list and we have data source defined in it for importing data.
And data source is scheduled to run on every 30 minutes till 2040.

But my contact list not executing on its own.Every day in the morning I have manually run the data source.Please let us know what may be the reason.
