I have AVAYA IP Phone, I have installed AVAYA IP Office this shows me below information in Control Panel:

  • AVAYA IP OFFICE TAPI2 Service Provider

  • AVAYA IP OFFICE TAPI3 Service Provider

  • NDIS Proxy TAPI Service Provider

  • TAPI Kernal-Mode Service Provider

  • I want to develop my own desktop application in C#.NET.
I want to get incoming caller id only so that my logic can pic stored contacts from database on the basis of incoming caller id.

Please guide me to right direction if someone knows.

    Thanks & Regards

You can get some information in https://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100169114

Please note that there is no forum for IP Office. If you have further queries, you will need to open a tech support ticket. I should also point out that there is no free support for IP Office - this means that tech support tickets will only be processed for paid members. If you are a Registered member, you will need to upgrade your membership.

thank you Martin for the reply.

I downloaded DMCC .NET SDK from https://www.devconnectprogram.com/site/global/products_resources/avaya_aura_application_enablement_services/releases/6_3_3/index.gsp, there is sample code written in C# and VB along documentation although sample code does not says how to get caller id but the documentation describes it.

Will this be helpful for me?

    Regards

DMCC works only with the Communication Manager. It is of no use to you with IP Office.
