1) When using Skill based pacing, when a value is entered for "Initial Pace", how is this treated? Does POM evaluate the value and execute the call if the value is less than or equal to the initial pace? I'm trying to understand what logic POM uses to process this value.

2) I need clarification for "Pacing Variation" - I don't understand its function. how would pacing be varied? Could you provide an example?

3) I need clarification on the difference between "Initial Pace" and "Max Pace". When would I want to use max pace? How does it apply? Please provide an example.

4) I need clarification concerning "Pacing variation percentage". How is it used? Please provide an example.

The POM documentation provides very little information on the above parameters. If you could provide a completed screen shot with a typical skill based pacing configuration, that would be most helpful.
