We are in the process of converting our application from 32 to 64 bit. Our application links to the TSAPI libraries csta32.lib and attprv32.lib and we cannot link correctly now because these are 32-bit libraries.

Are there any 64 bit libraries available that we can use?

Please see "Table 2: TSAPI Windows client and SDK - operating system requirements" in the "AE Services TSAPI and CVLAN Client and SDK Installation Guide". A 64-bit operating system must be running in 32-bit compatibility mode.

Are there any plans to convert these to 64-bit at any point?

I have heard that native 64-bit support for TSAPI will likely never happen. It is perceived that there is very little benefit, but ALOT of work. You can always open a GRIP with Avaya and plead your case.
