Is it possible to use the one-X attendant software in the BDE environment? If yes, are there any configuration steps required on BDE to enable an attendant? Also, where can I download the one-X attendant software?

Attendant consoles are not supported by any of the AE Services APIs. Therefore, while it is probably possible to add an attendant to BDE, there may not be any point in doing so.

If you do need One-X Attendant, I see that some people have been able to get it from Devconnect. Open a Procurement Ticket. I am not sure if you need to be a paid member for this.
