We are looking to automatically tranfer a call to a selected destination once the called party disconnects.

Is there an event for this in the EDP. If so, could this be programed using the Engagement Designer Snap-in?

Example use case: A customer calls and the call reaches an agent, when the call is resolved the agent releases but the call is routed to a VDN where the client hears an announcement.
