We are looking into using ACE to intercept calls and perform a transfer once the called party disconnects. Is this possible using the Intercept functionallity? Could we design this workflow using the Engagement Designer span-in?

Use case: Transfer caller to a VDN once his call has been taken and resolved by an agent.
